On a warm late summer day, Mackenzie and Alex were wed surrounded by their closest family and friends in an intimate ceremony. Their wedding weekend was hosted at the Taylor River Lodge, a luxury property by Eleven Experience. From their courtyard ceremony to a porch side celebration sharing their first meal as newly weds, each detail was thoughtfully aligned to create a natural & romantic aesthetic.

Designed with dahlias, snap dragons, yarrow and sweet peas to be a sculpture held in Mackenzie’s hands. This bouquet embodied the soft and romantic colors of summer featuring raspberry, blush and a buttery yellow. WE worked to highlight the shape and curve of each stem, letting the natural bounce of the sweet pea play with the bold, strong stem of each dahlias to curate a harmonious composition.

On the porch of the primary lodge space, with the sounds of the Taylor River in the background the bride and groom shared a meal around a farmhouse table with their guests. To create floral impact in the space, WE designed a floral runner composed of floral elements for each guest to be greeted by blooms at their seat. Emphasizing texture and movement throughout the piece, this design was custom made for their table.
